A video of a sign language interpreter gesturing the words to “WAP” by Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion has gone viral.
On Tuesday (August 3), a fan-recorded clip of what appears to be Megan Thee Stallion’s set at Lollapalooza in Chicago on Sunday (August 1) began circulating online. In the short video, Cardi’s verse to her song “WAP” can be heard as the performer gestures NSFW to describe what Bardi is rapping for deaf fans in the audience. Cardi, however, did not make an appearance for Megan’s performance.
“Pussy A1 just like his credit / He has a beard, well I try to wet it / I let him taste it, now he’s diabetic / I don’t wanna spit, I wanna swallow / I wanna gag, I wanna Choke me / I want you to touch that little thing swinging deep in my throat / My head game is fire, punani Dasani / It goes dry and it comes out soggy, “Cardi raps.
While the end of the Bronx rapper’s third verse is played, the interpreter gestures hands and mouth as if she was giving a blowjob. The person recording the footage leans over the interpreter as they perform these particular “WAP” lyrics.
When Cardi and Meg released “WAP” last August, the track made headlines because of its sexual nature. However, this had no impact on the joint effort which began at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100, winning multiple awards including the 2021 BET Award for Video of the Year or other hits the song has achieved. for the two rappers.
