“Pardon My Take” Calls on Benny The Butcher for Featured Verse of New Song “At The Bank”

Benny appeared on the song alongside the hosts of “Pardon My Take” Big Cat & PFT Commenter.

While Benny The Butcher is best known for his aggressive flow and lively storytelling ability, and classic records like Tana speaks 3 and The Corks that I have encountered, the Griselda Records rapper has never hesitated to venture into other creative fields.

Earlier this year, amid rumors of Tana speaks 4 and Benny’s signing to Def Jam, the “5 to 50” rapper released his own NFT collection and revealed he’s working on another movie, featuring “some of your favorite actors.”

Yesterday, in another example of Benny’s willingness to think outside the box, he lent his talents to the hugely popular Barstool Sports podcast. Forgive my take, appearing as the featured artist on the podcast’s new single, “At The Bank”.

Following Forgive my take hosts Big Cat and PFT Commenter, and Barstool employee and fight rapper Rone, Benny slips in with a verse better suited to a Daringer beat than a podcast.

“One of my favorite places is the bank,” says Benny. “And I never see you all there.”

“At The Bank” is obviously an attempted comedy, but when Benny the Butcher takes the mic, it’s serious business, and as he always does, the Buffalo legend kills his verse from top to bottom, and ends with an ode to his favorite financial institutions.

“In my city, they respect me like they say hello to Pablo, the IRS has to kick me out of Wells Fargo,” he recalls. ” Including ? Because all we know is a trap. So much dough piles up that we love Goldman Sachs. ”
