Alexa shared her wonderful smile and gushed about her future dreams of potentially getting a chance to appear in the Tom Holland-led Spider-Man franchise saying, “Well, when I was in college, I tried musical theater as a major. And in the future, if any acting opportunities arise, I would really like to try and audition for them. If I had my say, I wish it was in the Marvel franchise but we’ll see. I just wanna be in the Spider-Verse, I wanna be Silk, I wanna be Silk.

For those uninformed, Silk is a Korean American superhero who has mostly been in the comics but also appeared in Spider-Man: Homecoming and Avengers: Infinity War, played by Tiffany Espensen. The character is slated to appear in a few other projects, so if Espensen doesn’t continue the role, this could be the opening that Alexa needs to be the comedic crime-fighter darling in a future project.

And based on her performances on American Song Contest, between her intense dance moves and her stunts, she would be a shoe to tackle a role like Silk or anything else that might come up in the Marvel Universe. But while we’re all waiting for that, we still have what we fell in love with her in the first place with her music and she has big plans ahead for all of it!
