“A moment of rescue”, Rea Gopane reacts to Cassper’s verse on “Ooh Aah”. Cassper surprised the South African hip-hop scene after giving his fans what they were craving after his verse on the song ‘Ooh Aah’.
The rapper dropped powerful bars on the track he featured with the late Riky Rick and Ambitiouz Entertainment artist Fakaloice. Cassper’s verse left tongues wagging as the song dropped out of the blue.
During the ESAM podcast episode, Rea Gopane claimed that Cassper Nyovest saved SA hip hop with his verse on Ooh Aah. “It’s crazy how you don’t talk like that about Cassper when he literally saved South African hip hop with a verse, that’s a rescue moment, that’s a superman moment, that’s Batman, Cassper’s Batman,” Re expressed.
Rea then praised Cassper for complimenting himself in the lyrics, with Cassper stating that he was the inspiration behind Focalistic. “I heard the verse and he talks his shit, he’s like none of y’all can fuck with me, I make more money than y’all, he said he inspired Foca,” said Rea. “He inspired Foca that he was running around him, Cassper is the GOAT, give it to him.”
Cassper mainly focused on his business and the last time he released an album was in 2020, which makes the verse on Ooh Aah more special and appealing to his fans. The rapper was recently named Artist of the Decade at the SA Hip Hop Awards and it clearly shows that he still has it going when it comes to making great music.
Now that Cassper is back making music, his fans would especially be looking forward to some new music from the veteran rapper.
